You’re Not Alone—and It’s Not Your Fault

Overspending does not mean that you are bad with money or that there is something wrong with you.

The truth is, managing money isn’t just about numbers—it’s emotional. Your spending habits are shaped by your past, your emotions, and the pressures you face every day.

Traditional advice like “stick to a budget” or “just stop buying things you don’t need” doesn’t work because it ignores the why behind your spending. Without understanding the emotional and mental triggers that drive your behavior, it’s nearly impossible to make lasting changes.

You don’t need more guilt, shame, or restrictive advice that ignores your life and values. What you do need is:

A way to understand the real reasons behind your spending choices

The ability to recognize your spending triggers before they hit

Systems and strategies that help you stay on track and create your best life

Support from people who understand what you're going through

This is exactly what The Spending Well Community, is designed to provide.

Hi, I’m Annie!

I’m an Accredited Financial Counselor® who helps women overcome everyday money challenges and learn to confidently manage their finances.

And believe me, I KNOW what it’s like to feel embarrassed and ashamed about not being where you think you should be. I get how frustrating it is to keep trying and never feel like you’re making progress.

But I also know how powerful it is to have a community of people supporting you, holding you accountable, and rooting for you.

Changing your spending habits is hard, but having a community of women on the same journey makes it easier.

You’ll have a built-in support system to share struggles, exchange ideas, and hold each other accountable so you can make real progress.

In this program, you’ll get:

Weekly Live Coaching & Training Sessions

Each week, we’ll kick off with a live Zoom session, where I’ll guide you through that week’s topic, share insights, and help you understand the emotional and practical side of spending. You’ll get direct support, encouragement, and a chance to ask questions in real-time. (Can’t make it live? Replays will be available!)

Daily Prompts, Assignments & Reflection Exercises

Transformation happens in small, intentional steps. Each day, you’ll receive a simple task or reflection question designed to help you build awareness, shift your mindset, and make meaningful changes to your spending habits.

Private Community for Support & Accountability

You’re not doing this alone! Inside our private community, you’ll connect with like-minded women who understand your struggles. Share insights, celebrate wins, and stay motivated with group discussions, guided check-ins, and mutual encouragement.

Friday Office Hours for Extra Support

Every Friday morning, I’ll host open Office Hours, where you can drop in to ask questions, troubleshoot challenges, or just get a dose of encouragement to keep going. These sessions are a great way to get additional coaching and personalized advice.

A Step-by-Step Framework to Transform Your Spending

Over six weeks, you’ll follow a clear, structured path to break free from emotional spending, develop intentional habits, and finally feel in control of your money. By the end of the program, you’ll have a customized spending plan that aligns with your values and goals—without feeling restricted or deprived.

Who This Program Is For:

I want everyone in The Spending Well Community to feel safe, supported, and encouraged throughout this journey. This program is designed to be an inclusive, non-judgmental, and welcoming space where women can talk openly about their challenges with money without fear of shame or criticism.

This is for you if:

  • You’re ready to be part of a supportive community of women who understand what you’re going through.
You want to take control of your spending and build better money habits—without extreme restriction.
You’re open to learning, reflecting, and taking small, intentional steps toward financial confidence.
You value kindness, encouragement, and a judgment-free environment where we lift each other up.

This program thrives on participation and connection. You don’t have to be perfect, and you don’t have to share anything you’re not comfortable with—but the more you engage, the more you’ll get out of it. If that sounds like what you need, you’re in the right place!

Your Investment

This transformational program is available for just $197.

That’s less than the cost of a single weekend getaway, a few weekly takeout meals, or an impulse shopping spree that leaves you feeling guilty.

When you invest in this program, you’re investing in a lifetime of financial confidence and freedom.

Limited-Time Offer: Join the March 3 cohort by February 20 for just $147! Price increases to $197 after that.

I’m already spending too much. What if this isn’t worth it?

I get it. You’re here because you’re already feeling stretched and worried about spending too much—so of course, spending more can feel like a risk. But here’s something to think about: how much is overspending costing you right now?

  • How much longer will it take to pay off your debt, save for the future, or finally feel in control of your finances?

  • How much more will you spend on things that don’t really matter while missing opportunities to invest in the life you truly want?

  • How much more time will you spend feeling stressed, guilty, and stuck in this cycle?

The truth is, overspending isn’t just about money—it’s about the stress, frustration, and opportunities you lose along the way.

Now imagine investing that same money in something that can actually help you change your habits, take back control, and start building the life you’ve been dreaming about.

Isn’t it worth it to give yourself that chance?

Your Investment is Completely Risk-Free

I know that making any financial commitment can feel like a big decision—especially when you’re trying to cut back on spending. That’s why I want to make this as easy and stress-free as possible.

When you enroll in The Spending Well Community, you may request a full refund within the first 2 weeks of the program if you feel it’s not a good fit—no questions asked, no hard feelings.

This is about helping you take back control of your money and your life, and I want you to feel 100% confident in your decision to join.

So go ahead and take the first step, knowing that you’ve got nothing to lose—and so much to gain.

 FAQs

  • You’re not alone—many people struggle because traditional advice focuses on restriction and ignores the emotional reasons behind spending. This course is different. I’ll help you uncover the why behind your spending habits and give you practical, sustainable strategies that actually work.

*This course is designed to help most people take control of their spending by addressing emotional triggers, shifting their mindset, and building practical systems. However, if overspending feels like an addiction or is connected to underlying mental health challenges, it’s important to seek support from a mental health professional. What I teach can still be helpful as part of your journey, but it may not be enough on its own.

  • No problem! Every weekly Zoom session will be recorded and uploaded to the community platform, so you can watch it on your own schedule. Plus, the community forum will have ongoing discussions, so you can ask questions and engage anytime.

  • I get it—talking about money (especially spending habits) can feel really vulnerable. But this is a shame-free, judgment-free space. You’re not alone, and there’s nothing “wrong” with you for struggling with spending.

This program isn’t about making you feel guilty—it’s about helping you feel empowered. The community is a supportive, encouraging group of women who are on the same journey, and I’ll be there to guide you every step of the way with compassion, not criticism.

You don’t have to share anything you’re not comfortable with, but I promise—once you see how many others feel the same way, you’ll realize you’re in exactly the right place.

  • Not at all! This program isn’t about deprivation—it’s about aligning your spending with your values and priorities. You’ll learn how to make room for the things that bring you joy while cutting back on the things that don’t matter as much.

  • No! This program goes beyond budgeting to help you understand the why behind your spending, shift your mindset, and develop habits that actually stick. It’s not about cutting back on everything—it’s about making intentional choices with your money so you can spend in a way that aligns with your values.

  • You’ll get multiple layers of support throughout the program:
Weekly live coaching calls where you can ask questions and get guidance.
Daily prompts and exercises to help you stay engaged and on track.
A private community where you can connect with others, share insights, and get accountability.
Friday Office Hours where you can drop in for extra coaching and support.

  • Money is emotional, and the way we experience, think about, and manage money is deeply shaped by our lived experiences, societal expectations, and cultural messaging—and for women, those challenges are often unique.

Many women struggle with guilt around spending, financial confidence, and pressure to put others’ needs before their own. We’ve been told to “just budget better” when what we really need is a safe space to explore our relationship with money, rewrite the narratives we’ve been given, and gain the tools to spend with confidence and control.

This program is designed specifically for women to provide a supportive, judgment-free community where we can openly discuss our challenges and build financial confidence together.
