If you’re tired of feeling stressed, ashamed, or overwhelmed by your finances, The Gentle Money Reset was created for you. I know firsthand how hard it is to find financial help that feels safe and supportive—especially for women. That’s why I built this program and community: to offer a gentle, empowering space where you can ask questions, learn, and grow—without judgment or shame.
Join us for 30 days of self-compassion, community, and practical tools to help you finally feel confident and in control of your money.
This isn’t your typical money program that puts you on a restrictive budget and tells you to “just stop buying things.”
Let’s be honest—most money advice out there can feel harsh, overwhelming, or just plain unrealistic. Maybe you’ve tried strict spreadsheets, no-spend rules, or apps that made you feel like you were failing if you made a mistake.
That’s not what you’ll find here.
Here’s how we do things differently:
No Shame or Judgment: We know money is emotional, and everyone’s story is unique. You’ll never be made to feel “bad with money” here. Instead, you’ll get a safe, supportive space to explore your habits and beliefs.
Self-Compassion First: We focus on building awareness and self-kindness, not guilt trips or rigid rules. Progress, not perfection, is our motto.
Practical, Real-Life Strategies: You’ll learn tools that actually fit your life—not someone else’s. We help you find what works for you, so changes feel doable and sustainable.
Community & Connection: You’re not doing this alone. Our group is filled with women who get it, and who are ready to support and encourage you every step of the way.
Mindset Over Math: Sure, we’ll talk about numbers, but the real transformation happens when you understand why you spend and learn to make decisions that feel good—not just “right on paper.”
The Gentle Money Reset is all about meeting you where you are, with kindness and understanding.
If you’re ready for a money program that feels gentle, supportive, and actually doable, you’re in the right place.
You’ll go from:
Shame and Isolation
Stress, Anxiety, and Overwhelm

Yes! If you are struggling with debt, living paycheck to paycheck, or want to save more money, this program is designed to help you do that. While there will be some practical tips and strategies, the biggest benefit is in helping you change your relationship with money so you feel good about making spending decisions that are aligned with what you want most in life.
-
Absolutely! This course is designed with busy people in mind.
Daily prompts take just a few minutes to read and reflect on. (Less time than scrolling on social media, but you’ll get lot’s more value!)
The program is designed to be flexible and forgiving. If you miss a day, just pick up where you left off.

There’s no judgment here. I understand how overwhelming and emotional money can be, and this course was created to provide a safe, supportive space where you can reflect, learn, and grow. You’ll be guided step by step with encouragement—not shame.
By participating in this communty, I ask that all members commit to being open-minded and supportive so we can create the best possible experience.

The community is the heart of this program. Participating in a shared experience with others going through the same thing is a powerful way to achieve a desired outcome. The more you participate, sharing your struggles and offering support to others, the more you’ll get out of the experience.
-
No. The focus of this program is on mindset, self-compassion, and building habits that last. Although you will get some practical strategies, we’ll mostly be working on developing greater self-compassion, building awareness of where your money goes, identifying emotional spending and triggers, and learning how to make intentional money choices that you feel good about.
-
This program will be hosted in a private community in Mighty Networks. It’s like a Facebook group, but not on Facebook.
You’ll create a login that will give you access to the daily prompts, tips, and discussions.
In addition, we’ll have weekly live Zoom meetings where I’ll talk about concepts and you’ll have a chance to meet others and ask questions.
